Union Asphalt’s Lompoc Plant has been servicing the Lompoc and Vandenberg Air Force Base since 1977. This location is the closest plant to Vandenberg and has supplied several major projects including Launch Complex SLC-3 East for Bechtel National in 1994 and again in 2004 for Hensel Phelps Construction Co.

Union has also been involved in the renovation of the Shuttle Complex SLC-6 and The Horizontal Integration Facility for A. J. Diani Construction in 1999. Owners and contractors have depended on Union Asphalt’s quality and service to get these projects done.
