Located just south of Bradley, and only 22 miles north of Paso Robles, this rock and sand operation serves both north San Luis Obispo and southern Monterey counties.

This plant is the newest of Union Asphalts mining and processing ventures. Built and in operation in 2004, looking to fill the needs for rock, sand, washed products and class 2 aggregate base material.

Fill sand is also a much needed product for this market area. Virtually every construction project could have a use for this sand. This market is very competitive well into King City and Soledad.
